About this project

This bungalow was designed around a double height that brings natural light into every room across the day. The client wanted an exposed-concrete and stone exterior that would age well against Pune's weather, paired with a warm timber-and-terrazzo interior. We handled the project from excavation through to handover, including structural design, MEP coordination and landscape finishing.
