Kulkarni Duplex Bungalow

About this project

The brief called for a double-height living space that would feel dramatic without inflating the budget, so we used a steel-and-glass void over the living room and kept the remaining floor plan efficient. The rooftop terrace was waterproofed and finished with a garden deck.
